The Kershaw County Gamecock Club meets every Monday at 6 p.m. at the Old Towne Tavern on Broad St. in Camden.

On Monday, Nov. 14, members of the organization and guests will hear from Patrick McFarland, executive director of the Gamecock Club, who will attend the meeting and address members of all happenings and events associated with the Gamecock Club, including updates as to the new video board at Williams-Brice Stadium and ongoing renovations to the Famers’ Market, located beside the stadium.

McFarland’s talk is scheduled to begin between 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

In other KCGC news, organizers are trying to gauge members’ interest in having county-wide viewing parties for USC home and away games. The Nov. 28 meeting will be a “Clemson victory party” and discussions on that night will pertain to future plans for the local chapter.
