Hot dog cart not an intrusion downtown

Ward Ratz is the owner of The Dog House, a hot dog cart on Broad Street. This is a great addition to the Camden restaurant scene. Ward has great products and has in a few short months gained a good following of satisfied customers who look forward to his food.

Ward has now been told he must move his cart. He isn't bothering anyone. He has a license to operate his business, and the site where his cart is does not appear to offend nearby property owners or tenants.

Given the circumstances, why can't The Dog House stay where it is?
