Young Republicans Ned Towell and Chris Oviatt, candidates for Kershaw County Probate Judge and auditor, respectively, and incumbent Democrats Harriett Pierce and Robin Watkins, spoke to voters Tuesday night during a voters forum at the Robert Mills Courthouse.
