Tonight’s game will be the opener for Camden. The girls’ contest kicks off the twinbill with a 6 p.m. tipoff.

Also tonight, North Central hits the road to take on Buford in a 6 p.m. doubleheader while the Camden Military Academy hoopsters will head to Great Falls for a 7 p.m. varsity start.

On the wrestling mat, Lugoff-Elgin heads to Eastside to spend the weekend there as the Demons take part in the two-day Southern Slam, hosted by Eastside High School, while North Central will travel to take part in the Indian Land Individuals tonight.

The first full weekend of the winter sports season kicks off tonight with Camden making the trip to Lugoff-Elgin for the front end of a home and home basketball series between the cross-river rivals.
