Victor served in the U.S. Army, ran his own business in Los Angeles, CA for thirty years, and worked for Pizza Hut for twenty years in West Columbia, SC. He loved Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord and faithfully served him for eighty years. He was always ready to pray for everyone at any hour. He was an animal lover, a gifted artist and spoke fluent Spanish.

Victor deeply appreciated his friend, Cornelia Pahien, of Hamburg, Germany, his friend, Dr. Sara Bell at Dorn VA Hospital and Pastor Gene Brown and members of Wildewood Worship Center, Lugoff, SC.

The family thanks the church, the Palmetto Richland Inpatient Hospice, and Dorn VA Hospital for their wonderful care of Victor for twenty years.

Surviving are his brothers, William Bowdler and George Bowdler; nieces, Patsy Stewart, and Debbie Robin; and nephews, Gordon Bowdler and David Bowdler.
