Funeral service for Rodney Fitzgibbons Waller, 45, of West Columbia, will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The Rev. David Robinson will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association.

Mr. Waller died Thursday, December 22, 2011. Born in Columbia, he was a son of June Morris Waller and the late George Waller. He was employed with DakAmericas (formerly Carolina Eastman). He enjoyed hunting and was an avid outdoorsman.

Surviving are his mother, June Waller of Lexington; son, Taylor Christian Waller of Lexington; sister and brother-in-law, Kelly Lynn and Todd Barrett of Lugoff; and brothers, Roger Melton Waller of Lugoff and Robert Morris Waller of West Columbia.
