S.C. Highway Patrol (SCHP) Sgt. Tom Borowski informed Kershaw County Council at its meeting Tuesday that the number of fatal crashes in the county has dropped since the creation of the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) traffic enforcement unit.
