Fun and thrills will greet Kershaw County youngsters at the Broad Street Trick-or-Treat, to be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday in downtown Camden.

KershawHealth, the Downtown Camden Guild and the Kershaw County Recreation Department have teamed to bring this event back for its second year.

Broad Street will be closed to traffic during the event, which will include candy, games, music, magicians, balloon artists, face painting and more.

Everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite Halloweeen costume and join in the festivities with the chance to win the costume contest held in front of the King Haiglar Clock Tower at the intersection of Broad and Rutledge streets.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be at Rhame City Arena.
