The annual Wateree Chapter Ducks Unlimited Banquet will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25 at TenEleven Galleria located on Broad Street downtown Camden.
The doors open at 6 p.m. with a heavy Hors d'oeuvres meal, prepared by Tripp Guinn with The Catery on Broad.
There will also be live auction, silent auction and raffles. Since this is the 75th anniversary of Ducks Unlimited, there will be plenty of new merchandise. Among the items to be auctioned off will be items ranging from guns to anything associated with waterfowl hunting or the outdoors.
Tickets are $45 for a single, which includes a one-year membership to Ducks Unlimited; $80 for a couple, or $250 and up for a sponsorship. Since only 275 tickets will be sold for the banquet, organizers are urging people to purchase their tickets early.
For information or to purchase tickets, please contact chapter chairman Shane Kirkley 803-518-3524 or, co-chairman Jody Morrow 803-572-7225.
