ALPHA Center helps kick off youth arbitration program

It takes “a true collaborative effort to raise a village,” 5th Circuit Solicitor Dan Johnson said Thursday as his office and the ALPHA Center kicked off Kershaw County’s new Community Youth Arbitration Program. The program will keep first-time, non-violent juvenile offenders from immediately entering the formal justice system.
