Why are you running for office?

To be a voice for those who do not have one and to help the citizens of Kershaw County during some of the most difficult times in their lives

What experience qualifies you for this office?

As a local businessman I have turned two ailing businesses into profitable companies, through cutting costs, eliminating waste,  and using technology to streamline operations.  As a City Councilman, I have always been there for my constituents, working with many of them one on one to find solutions to numerous problems, answering their questions, and conveying their concerns to my fellow Councilmen. If elected, I will continue to be there for the residents of Kershaw County while building a more efficient, accountable and user-friendly court.

What are your goals for the probate judge's office?

I have three main goals:

1. Hold at least four Estate Planning seminars each year.

2. Establish a Kershaw County Mental Health Court to provide those with mental illnesses the resources they need to be productive citizens, rather than simply incarcerating them.

3. Restore efficiency and accountability to our Probate Court through the implementation of low cost, high tech solutions. Thus allowing the employees of the Probate office to dedicate more time to helping the residents of Kershaw County during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
