How candidates stack up on issues

As a way to help voters prepare for the Nov. 2 general election, the Chronicle-Independent (C-I) asked Kershaw County candidates to provide information about themselves and their views on elected office through questionnaires. The candidates had two weeks to respond and during that time numerous contacts were made with the candidates by C-I staff to confirm they received the questionnaires and to help assure they were returned by the deadline.
