Camden Coin Club to host spring show March 17

The Camden Coin Club’s annual spring coin show is slated for March 17 at the Kershaw County Recreation Department, 1042 W. DeKalb St., Camden.

The show will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with free admission and parking. The public is invited to visit for buying, selling, trading or just general interest in coins, paper money and stamps. Bourse chairman is LoRan Ross.

Hourly door prize drawings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. will be held for registered visitors who are present at the time of the drawing.

Part of the proceeds of this show will go to Kershaw County charities.

 “The Camden Coin Club thanks the dealers and guests who participated in our 2011 shows,” said club leaders. “The success of these shows has made it possible for the club to donate to the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter.”
