Jones: Gary shouldn't chair rec committee

Kershaw County Councilman Jimmy Jones attempted to have fellow Councilman Bobby Gary removed as chairman of council’s recreation committee during a work session Thursday. Jones’ effort was blocked by Council Chairman Gene Wise after County Attorney Ken DuBose clarified the rules by which the public must be notified of and allowed to attend committee meetings.
