Miss Harrison, Mr. Nickerson engaged

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Harrison of Camden announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Kristi Ann Harrison of Florence (formerly of Camden), to Mr. Zachary Ryan Nickerson of Camden. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Nickerson of Camden.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ruth Watts and the late Howard Watts of Kershaw, and Mildred Harrison and the late Buck Harrison of Camden.  She is a graduate of Camden High and received her bachelor of science in nursing from Francis Marion University. She is employed at McLeod Regional Medical Center.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilber Haley, Sr. of Martinsville, Va., and Frank Nickerson, Sr. and the late Helen Nickerson of Etowah, N.C. He is a graduate of Camden High School and is currently attending Francis Marion University with plans to graduate in December with a degree in sociology.

The wedding is planned for June 4, 2011, at the Kershaw Cornwallis House in Camden.
