Coldwell Banker United, Realtors has been named a Platinum level firm by the Cartus Broker Network in four of its Carolinas’ markets, including the Midlands, Charleston and Sumter markets in South Carolina and the Charlotte market in North Carolina. Platinum is the highest of the Excellence Award recognition levels presented to qualifying principal brokers. Only 17 percent of the network’s principal brokers received Excellence Award recognition for 2012.

Platinum level recognition is based on performance results related to a wide variety of goals including customer service, cost management and accuracy on the Broker Market Analysis.

“Coldwell Banker United, Realtors has delivered excellent results to both its customers and the Cartus Broker Network,” said Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president, broker services and affinity services. “The Platinum level has long represented extraordinary accomplishment. To earn this distinction, Coldwell Banker United, Realtors has successfully executed a business plan that involves attention to customer needs, understanding of local conditions, and incorporation of best business practices in four of its markets.”

“Achieving Platinum level is something that we really strived for throughout 2011 and to achieve this in four of our markets is unprecedented” said Glenn Niere, president and COO of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors Carolinas Region. “Our company is focused on working as a team to ensure extraordinary customer service at all levels. I thank our entire team and our clients and look forward to a successful 2012.”
