Fickling passes N.C. Bar exam

McKay, Cauthen, Settana & Stubley, P.A. attorney James E. L. “Eddie” Fickling has passed the North Carolina Bar Exam. He practices in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, civil litigation, subrogation and workers’ compensation appeals.

Fickling, a graduate of The Citadel and member of The Citadel football team from 2004-2006, is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Citadel Alumni Association. In February, he was also selected to serve on the Safety, Health and Security Committee for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for the Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee of the S.C. House of Representatives as well as for The McKay Firm. He was also an intern for John M. Spratt Jr., in the U.S. House of Representatives.
