Melanee Harwell-Taylor’s special needs class at Camden Elementary School won the 2012 Margot Rochester Landscape Award. Camden Elementary School’s Puzzles in Bloom serves as a sensory garden for the special needs class. The award is named after the late Kershaw County gardener and writer Margot Rochester.  The award recognizes landscapes, within Camden city limits, that contribute to the beauty of the city.
