Mrs. Brazell’s ELA classes at Lugoff-Elgin Middle School celebrated Decades Day . Students -- such as (from left) Camille Sullivan, Sarah Hardin, Molli Smith, Tyjah Steele, Kara Hayes, Madison Guthrie and Katelyn Vandevander -- researched different aspects of the 1960s, 70s, 80s, and 90s and created Glogsters to present their research. Students dressed in fashion from their decade or as a famous person from their decade. They created a timeline in the hallway and plotted different events, and created a time capsule to represent items from 2000-2011. In class, students presented their decades’ research. It was exciting day for all!
