Tax commission examines possible facility upgrades

Members of the Kershaw County Capital Project Sales Tax Commission continued to explore upgrades to several existing recreation facilities during meetings held Thursday and Monday. The commission is tasked with finding potential recreation capital projects to be funded by the implementation of a proposed 1-cent tax.
