Mr. and Mrs. David P. Peebles were married April 20, 1962, in Columbia, South Carolina.

On April 28, 2012, they were honored with a 50th Wedding Anniversary drop-in celebration at Camden First Baptist Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Peebles have two children and four grandchildren, all of Camden.
