Wife in child sex abuse case posts bond

A Kershaw County woman accused of looking the other way as her husband sexually abused their two daughters for more than six years posted bond Wednesday. A magistrate set a cash surety bond at $30,000 for Kelly Browning, charged earlier this week by the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office with two counts of unlawful neglect upon a child.
