To Kershaw County Council Members: I hope that you have sent written apologies to all the members of the penny sales tax committee for wasting their time!  As responsible adults, why didn’t you make sure that this was something a majority of council members supported BEFORE you appointed a committee?  And the members that supported it when the committee was formed, should have had the backbone to stick with it.  You may find ...
