This is in response to the article in the Chronicle Independent on Friday, July 20, 2012. County Council Vice Chairman Sammie Tucker Jr. was quoted as saying he did not have “ready access” to a computer. Thus the reason he had not filed appropriate paperwork for his position on Kershaw County Council.
