FATZ, a restaurant located at 212 Wall Street in Camden, will be hosting a pancake breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 11 to help support the LCSC Kershaw 95 girls’ soccer team. As part of the company’s Short Stacks for Big Change campaign, proceeds from the breakfast will be used to offset the cost of tournaments, fees, and lodging for the team.

Tickets for the pancake breakfast fundraiser are $7 and can be purchased by contacting Regina Morris at 713-9022 or All attendees are encouraged to bring a donation to help FATZ fundraising efforts for the team.

The restaurant introduced the idea for Short Stacks for Big Change in 2009 with the specific purpose of making a difference and helping the local community grow where every restaurant is located.

Since the program’s inception, FATZ has raised more than $1.5 million for charities and community organizations.

FATZ opens daily at 11 a.m. serving lunch and dinner to regulars, but on Saturdays, staff volunteer alongside members of the community to raise money for organizations ranging from local schools to the United Way.
