KCSD to propose millage increase to county council

Kershaw County Council is set to hear a millage rate increase proposal from Kershaw County School District (KCSD) officials during Tuesday’s council meeting. County Administrator Vic Carpenter said the bulk of the presentation will be related to the millage and the overall budget, but also indicated KCSD officials may address other topics.
