Mr. and Mrs. George "Stick" Elmore of Bethune celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Aug. 11th. They have lived in Bethune almost all of their married life. Mr. Elmore retired from DuPont in Lugoff. Mrs. Elmore is a homemaker. They have two daughters. Jean (Bobby) Helms lives in McBee and Kathy (Jeff) Prescott lives in Nashville, Tenn. They have two granddaughters, Lisa (Rocky) Sellers of McBee and Candy (Craig) Wyrick of Hartsville, four great-grandchildren, ...
