Elgin Town Hall rededication to be held September 6

A remodeled Elgin Town Hall will be open to the public for a ribbon cutting ceremony Sept. 6 at 7 p.m. The completed renovations include a new municipal courtroom, administrative area and offices for the Elgin Police Department.
