Perfect score gives Price $50 prize

Talk about being in mid-season form. Longtime contestants Marion Price and Henry Stradford each turned in perfect sheets. But it was Price who won on the tie-breaker to capture last week’s first Chronicle-Independent football contest of the season. For his winning entry, the Camden resident earned the $50 first prize. The Chronicle-Independent football contest is included in each Monday edition of the C-I throughout the college football regular season.
