United Way of Kershaw County celebrates its 2013 campaign kickoff

  Monday, the United Way of Kershaw County (UWKC) kicked off its 2013 campaign by visiting organizations from their five division sites. "What we did today was celebrate anyone who ran a pace setter campaign.
