South Carolina U.S. Attorney Bill Nettles announced Tuesday that a federal grand jury returned an indictment against a Kershaw County man for passing counterfeit currency. Nettles said the grand jury indicted Ryan Scott Jordan, 50, of Lugoff, on one count of passing counterfeit currency, a violation of Title 18, Section 472 of the U.S. Code.
