Midway Elementary School student Madison Hensley, 7, was chosen to tell her story about the rewards of being kind during the school’s first Author’s Tea of the school year Tuesday. Madison helped a student who dropped her books and the student rewarded Madison by talking about her kindness on Midway’s morning news show. “It was scary, but it ended up being OK,” said the second-grader of her news show debut. ...
