Kyle Miller beat Camden rival Clark Joseph to the finish line by five seconds to help lead Lugoff-Elgin to a second-place finish in Wednesday’s four-team cross country meet hosted by Camden High on the grounds of the Historic Camden Revolutionary War Park.
