Mr. Lindsey "LA" Allen, 76, of 465 Easy Street, Camden, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 12, 2012. Born in Boykin, he was the husband of Margie Preston Allen and the son of the late Abraham and Janie Taylor Allen.

A Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, at Saint Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in church cemetery, Rembert. Mr. Allen will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. for viewing. Brown’s Funeral Home, Camden is serving the Allen family.
