Great professional assistance

On Friday, October 12, I was in Kershaw County. My Dad had ridden with me. He suffered a fairly serious stroke shortly after 2 p.m. He is now at MUSC in Charleston recovering.

I just wanted to thank the 911 operator for patiently guiding me to KershawHealth. She also had medical personnel waiting at the door when I arrived.

The ER staff at KH, and the helicopter crew were very efficient and attentive to my Dad, and to me.

As former law enforcement, I know the criticism these professionals get, and too often, it is not deserved.

Thank you again Kershaw County 911 and medical personnel for doing what you do, and doing it well.
