Over Creek Stables’ Arrakis surged to the lead before the final fence and drew away to a 5 3/4-length victory under Roddy Mackenzie in the $25,000 Charleston Cup, feature race of the 19th annual Charleston Cup Steeplechase in South Carolina on Sunday.
