Funeral services to celebrate the life of Dorothy Faye Key, 30, of Camden will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff Elgin Chapel, family will receive friends following the service until 7:00 PM. Mr. Randy Bradley will officiate. Memorials may be made in Dorothy’s memory to The Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605-4277 or Jerry’s Kids.

Dorothy died Monday, November 12, 2012 from complications following a twenty year battle with Muscular Dystrophy. She was born in Columbia, SC, the daughter of Clyde Key and the late Stella Arnold Mitchell.

Surviving are her father, Clyde and step-mother Nicole Key of Elgin; boyfriend, Daniel McLemore of Camden; sisters, Melissa Miller of Lugoff, Tonya Lemacks (Walt) and Katrina Toth, both of Camden; brother, Taylor Key of Elgin and her pet dog, Kiera.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Lugoff-Elgin Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
