Man charged with shooting granddaughter’s boyfriend

Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) investigators arrested a county man after he allegedly shot his granddaughter’s boyfriend early Saturday morning. A KCSO press release identified the arrested man as Heyward B. Jacobs, 69, and that he has been charged with attempted murder.
