Motorcyclist can’t outrun dispatchers

Even speeding into Camden at estimated speeds of 120 mph, a 19-year-old Columbia man couldn’t outrun Kershaw County Central (911) Communication dispatchers Saturday. In a press release, the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) identified the man as Herman Lorenzo Bulluck III of Columbia.
