Arthur 'Jack' Tyndall

A memorial service to honor the life of Arthur E. “Jack” Tyndall, 92, of Camden, will be held at 4:00 PM, Monday, January 21, 2013 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Chaplain Brian Ogburn will officiate. Memorials may be made in Jack’s memory to First Baptist Church, 1201 Broad Street, Camden, SC 29020.

Arthur E. “Jack” Tyndall, husband of Margaret Mobley Tyndall was born in Kinston, NC, the son of the late Henry Arthur Tyndall and Susie Dare Sutton Tyndall. Jack was retired from the US Air Force where he was a WWII veteran pilot and later retired from DuPont. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Camden, was a ham radio operator and loved Lake Wateree.

Besides his wife, Jack is survived by daughter, Jan Terrell (Mark), of Myrtle Beach; son, Douglas Tyndall, of Camden; grandson, Scott Terrell (Kelli); and great grandsons, Landon and Jackson. He was predeceased by his sisters, Edna Earle Mallard and Zelle Killingsworth.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
