Thompson awarded Living the Legacy award

Dr. Raushannee R. Thompson, a Lugoff native, was recently awarded the Living the Legacy Award by the Columbia S.C. section of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW). The NCNW was founded in 1935 and has the mission to lead, develop, and advocate for women of African descent as they support their families and communities. The Living the Legacy award was given in recognition of Thompson’s "worthwhile service to humanity."
