Pave rest of S.C. 34

After putting up with the inconvenience of the paving of four and a half miles of S.C. 34 in Lugoff, I see they are done. What about the remaining five and a half miles of S.C. 34 extending to the Fairfield County line? It is like night and day crossing the county line into Fairfield County.

S.C. 34 in Kershaw County is rough as a dirt road and full of potholes. It is beating my car to death. Cross the county line to Fairfield County and S.C. 34 is almost smooth as glass. Those of us who live on that five and a half miles they did not pave would like a nice new smooth road to drive on.

Are our tax dollars worth less than those who live on the four and a half miles that got paved?
