Outen wins grid contest on the tie-breaker

Johnny Outen missed just two games, but still needed to go to the tie-breaker before winning last week’s Chronicle-Independent football contest .
For his effort, he was awarded the $50 first prize.
George Webster also missed two games, along with Johnson.
The Chronicle-Independent football contest is included in each Monday edition of the newspaper throughout the college football regular season.
