Not sentimental over JFK death

I was disgusted by the sheer sentimentality attending the 50th anniversary of the death of John F. Kennedy.

As my father would have put it, “The man was a rotter.” He was unfaithful to his wife. He thought only about himself. He was brash. And he had recorded not a single achievement during his sorry presidency, including being made a mockery by Fidel Castro.

What is this royal hunger in the people of the United States?
