Lakeside Ministries is an interdenominational worship service supported by Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church. Each summer, collections are donated back to the area communities through local charities. The amount of $3,729 was collected this year and divided among charities that help provide food, shelter, clothing, housing and medical care to community members in need.

Charities that help children also receive contributions. The local charities that received donations this year are Christian Community Ministries (CCM) of Camden, Food for the Soul of Kershaw County and Community Medical Clinic of Kershaw County (CMCKC). Thornwell Children’s Home also received Lakeside contributions.
