A Camden woman alleges that a man sexually assaulted her while at her husband’s place of business on Knights Hill Road.

According to a Camden Police Department (CPD) incident report, the woman told officers she went to her husband’s business to tell his co-workers he would most likely be late to work the next day. She said that while she was looking for a one of her husband’s co-workers, another man forced his way into her car and began to inappropriately touch her. She said she was able to get out of the car, find the man she had originally been looking for, and took him into a restroom to tell him what had happened.

The woman said, however, that the suspect forced himself into the bathroom, pushed the other man out and held her against her will while trying to solicit sex from her in exchange for “helping” her husband. The other man successfully told the suspect to let the woman go. She eventually made her way to the CPD where she identified the suspect from material shown to her by officers.
