The Thomas Sumter Academy varsity cheerleaders will hold a breakfast fund raiser on Saturday, Feb. 1 at the Fatz Café in Camden between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The pancake and sausage breakfast is a $7 donation per meal and tickets are available by calling (803) 499-3378 or from Mary Margaret Green at (803) 66-3238.

Proceeds from the breakfast will benefit the TSA varsity cheerleaders and their many programs including the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness. Saturday’s breakfast is a part of the "Shooting for a Cure" Pink-Out observance being held this week at TSA.

Sponsored by the cheerleaders, the week-long event is observed through fund raising with the sale of pink bracelets, pink pompoms, pink rally towels and other items to benefit the Komen foundation. The event culminates on Tuesday, Feb. 4 when the TSA varsity and junior varsity basketball teams play with Holly Hill Raiders at the Mitch Edens Gymnasium in Dalzell.
