SCLEN, American Legion honor KCSO deputies

The S.C. Law Enforcement Network (SCLEN) recently honored Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) Deputy Kyle Hewitt as its Officer of the Year in the 5th Judicial Circuit. SCLEN is an organization of law enforcement agencies that work in individual South Carolina judicial districts with the mission to reduce DUI fatalities and collisions resulting in great bodily injury. In this case, the award is presented by the SCLEN 5th Circuit, covering Richland and Kershaw counties.
