Dementia Dialogues workshop

Bethesda Presbyterian Church will offer a five-week workshop, Dementia Dialogues, designed to educate and inform persons who care for those who exhibit signs and symptoms associated with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.

This program is offered through the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina and Medical Services of America. This workshop consists of five 90-minute presentations on the fundamentals of caring for dementia patients outside of an institutional environment.

Classes will begin on Thursday and will be held on five consecutive Thursdays in John Knox Hall starting at 10:30 a.m. There is no fee, but class size is limited. Call 432-4593 to make reservations.
