The Rev. David L. Montgomery will be speaker for the Camden-Kershaw County NAACP Branch’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration, to be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Camden First United Methodist Church, 704 W. DeKalb St.
